There Fischer PANEL 800 foam for plasterboard panels is perfect for gluing plasterboard, for example to build false walls or cover existing structures even in the rough. It can also be used to glue insulating panels in EPS, XPS and synthetic materials (e.g. mineral wool). Quick and safe PANEL allows you to glue and level the panels precisely and can correct up to 2 cm of wall irregularities.
- Panel 800 is the fast and safe polyurethane adhesive that allows you to precisely glue and level plasterboard panels and insulation sheets in general.
- Yield up to 12m2
- Corrects up to 2 cm of wall irregularities.
- Controlled expansion: in the measurement after 24 hours the plate does not show any movement.
- It contributes to thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Product with very low emissions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Remove dirt, oil, grease and dust from the surfaces to be bonded.
- Shake the can vigorously with the valve upside down at least 20 times before use and screw on the Fischer gun.
- Moisten the wall before gluing the panels.
- Provide a removable support at the base of the panel.
- Apply the foam first to the edges and then to the panel in a “W” shape in the case of porous substrates. Apply in vertical strips spaced approximately 10 cm apart in the case of non-porous substrates (e.g. plastic or metal).
- Wait 90 seconds before placing the panel on the wall with light pressure. and level the panels within 10-15 min.
- If the panels are subject to stress such as strong expansion or wind pressure, fix them after 2 hours with the appropriate Fischer dowels.
