Returns, Refunds and Withdrawal on Emmeti Store

If the product is not the one ordered or if it does not comply with your needs and/or expectations, you can ask for it to be returned, at the address info@emmetistore.com , no later than 15 days after delivery.

The product must not have been used.

The return is always at the customer's expense: you can arrange for shipping yourself, or request a return label at a cost of 20.00 euros.

For products not present in the catalogue and available upon customer order NOT it will be possible to refer to the General Conditions of Withdrawal, provided by Emmeti Store and, more precisely, it will be possible to proceed with the return and/or with the withdrawal or the return if not previously authorized by Emmeti Store.

For all products “available upon customer order” and/or customized and/or falling within art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal or proceed with the return or reimbursement.
In this regard, for illustrative but not exhaustive purposes, we ask you to take a look at the products listed below: any type of doors, special plasters or paints, customization details, Beta furniture, Velux and Le Nordica stoves.

Annulment

For all cancelled orders, a penalty of €10.00 per order will be retained.

Control Reserve

Always put the control reserve upon delivery, especially if you have chosen insured shipping. In this way, in case of damage, we can activate the insurance policies.

If the courier in charge of your shipment is BRT, it will also be necessary to affix a "specific reserve", indicating the damage that the package appears to have suffered, e.g.: opened package/ damaged package/ BRT/DPD adhesive tape.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the returned product, we will be able to proceed with the refund (or exchange). 

*from 7 June 2021, returns will not be accepted without reason, or with a reason other than those indicated above.
