Return Procedure

Good morning,

Attached is the prepaid waybill required to return the product.

The return collection has been scheduled for tomorrow.

The courier will go to the address you indicated to collect the package.

If you need to change your collection date, please contact the courier directly.

IMPORTANT:

• The product must be returned intact and with the authenticity label intact;
• The product must be returned in the original box, accompanied by all accessories and unused.
• The package must be prepared safely – please use a sturdy box and any packing material. The waybill (and invoice, if the type of shipment requires it) must be attached to the outside of the package.

If you wish to make an exchange, please specify this when requesting a return.

All refunds are processed on Friday of each week.
