THE' Chemical Anchor FIS V 410 C, is a hybrid vinyl ester injection resin certified for various types of construction applications: from anchoring using cracked and non-cracked concrete, to applications for anchoring in masonry.
- This resin is in fact a chemical anchor that can be used on solid bricks made of clay or calcium silicate, on semi-solid bricks or on concrete blocks.
- It is also suitable for applications with laminated wood. The strengths of the resin and its range of accessories are versatility and flexibility, with guaranteed reliability in almost all fields of application.
- Easy and quick to use, it has been designed to withstand even environments with aggressive chemical substances, with holes full of water or for temperatures up to 120°C. The FIS V 410 C injection resin has been subjected to a rigorous technical evaluation by EOTA which confirmed the minimum useful life in service of this resin is 50 years without any drop in performance.
- Chemical anchor with mixers to be used without a gun
- It represents a universal system with guaranteed reliability for almost all known fields of application.
- It has numerous other certifications, such as, anchoring in cracked and non-cracked concrete, post-installed rebar connections.
- Approved for anchoring in masonry, suitable for the widest range of materials present in the building industry
- The hybrid formulation with Portland cement contained in the anchor allows excellent resistance to temperatures up to +120°C and better behaviour in the presence of aggressive chemical substances.
- The complete range of accessories is designed to ensure flexibility and application versatility.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Hybrid two-component injection resin. For concrete, with FIS A threaded rod, it is suitable for pass-through and non-pass-through installation, while, with RG MI internally threaded bush, it is only suitable for non-pass-through installation. For masonry, with FIS E internally threaded bush, it is only suitable for non-pass-through installation.
- Resin and hardener are in two separate containers and are not mixed or activated until extrusion through the mixer occurs.
- Easy and quick to use.
- Partially used cartridges can be reused by simply replacing the mixer.
- The metal bar is inserted into the holder by rotating it slightly until it reaches the base of the hole.
- For applications in seismic performance category C2, fill the annular space between the rod shank and the hole in the object to be fixed with resin. For optimal filling, use the appropriate FFD Seismic Dynamic Kit (optional).
