Returns and refunds on Emmeti Store
If the product is not the one ordered or if it does not comply with the needs and / or expectations, it is possible to request a return, no later than 15 days from delivery.
The product must not have been used.
For products not included in the catalogue and ordered on express request by the customer, it will NOT be possible to refer to the General Conditions of Return, provided by Emmeti Store and, more precisely, it will be possible to proceed with the return only with prior authorization from Emmeti Store.
Reserve of Control
Always reserve the control reserve on delivery, especially if you have chosen insured shipping. In this way, in case of damage, we can activate the insurance policies.
If the courier in charge of your shipment is BRT, it will also be necessary to affix a "specific reserve", indicating the damage that the package seems to have suffered, eg: open package / damaged package / BRT / DPD adhesive tape.

If you wish to request the return or replacement of what you ordered, send an email to email@example.com indicating your name, order number and problem encountered.
The return request must be received no later than 15 days after delivery.
The return is always charged to the customer: you can arrange for the shipment independently, or request a return label at a cost of 10.00 euros.
When will i get my refund?
As soon as we have received the returned product, we will be able to proceed with the refund (or exchange).
